Cancellations

Our Flexible Hair Salon Policy

At Pure Style Hair Design, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of. If you have to cancel or change your appointment we request  24 hours notice so that we can possibly fill that spot.  If there is more than one cancellation without a 24 hour notice you will be asked to put a 50% deposit on the service especially if it is a chemical service that takes a lot of time. Late Arrivals

Inform Us in Advance

We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please call and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be reopened or given away to another client. If we keep the appointment for you, we may not be able to complete the full service you booked.

Wet or Muddy footwear

Please remove wet or muddy footwear when you enter the business. We have ceramic tile, that while easy to clean is very dangerous when wet. If we have to wash the floor for wet or dirty prints that makes it dangerous for everyone walking around, including us.

Corrections of Our Own

Redo's

Here at Pure Style Hair Design we stand behind our work. If you don't think you have recieved the style, cut, color or perm you asked for we will try and correct the issue. The stylist that was working on your hair is the stylist that will correct the problem. We do not refund money but we will do everything in our power to rectify the problem.

If you pick something and then have it done but you later decide you chose wrong we will redo the service but it will be at your cost. We only redo work at our cost if it was the fault of the stylist or staff member.
